• Conduct store resets to maximize opportunities for new item placements and improved sales velocity
  • Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and cooler units by identifying all replenishment needs
  • Replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking down product displays
  • Maintaining product signage, cleaning product space, and securing damaged or defective product
  • Clear communication with sales team to ensure incremental sales opportunities are realized
  • Monitors potential account problems at the store level and reports issues to the Territory Sales Manager.
  • May place order for entire store (all categories)


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and a valid driver’s license from the state of residence


  • 1+ year experience in a sales-driven and customer-focused retail merchandising environment strongly preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Know the appropriate tools to effectively communicate persuasively with customer channels within your territory, as well as ensuring the disbursement of market intelligence to the proper internal players
  • Experience working in physically demanding fields


  • Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to follow company planograms to properly execute store resets
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
  • Language skills required: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
